Natasja Deul is the founder and head of the Quality in Details consultancy, a professional who pays close attention to details. Human tasks and processes are built on details. All parts in every situation, even the smaller ones, are important to define and set out the most efficient steps. The core value is understanding the client and the situation, within its surroundings. It is important to share knowledge and experience, but also learn from others during any assignment. With any task at hand, she is committed to achieving results with the help of Project Management tools, her social skills and by thinking out of the box.
Workstyle
The consultant starts each assignment with an intake that will define the approach and

About Natasja Deul
Natasja is detail-oriented and passionate for delivering quality. She has strong analytical skills, leads stakeholders’ engagements and conducts organizational assessments. She also has experience in program/project management with local and international organizations; and has strong interpersonal skills to negotiate for results.
She holds a master’s degree in Strategic Management & Competitive Strategy, and a bachelor’s degree in Management Economics. To keep abreast of international best practices, Natasja holds international certifications from, among others, the Project Management Institute (PMI) as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master. She is also certified by the PMO Global Institute as a trainer for Project Management Essential Specialist (PMES), Project Management Accredited Consultant (PMAC), and an Accredited Project Management Consultant and Trainer (APCT).
In terms of experience, she has served more than 15 years for local and international organizations for developing, managing, and evaluating projects, as well as, adding innovative solutions to support personal and professional growth of clients. Part of her experience is also coordinating business research and leading institutional strengthening.
